Come explore stretch with us for a healing and relaxation experience

Look forward to starting your day Saturday mornings this summer with breathing techniques, motivational guidance, body & mind awareness, deep stretching, and guided appreciation for amid flora and your life! 30-minute stretching will include dynamic and static stretching as well as foam rolling. Class Schedule: Saturdays 10:30AM, Malcolm X Park Friday 7:30AM, Virtually 30-minute class session No equipment required (mat/towel/stretch bands and foam roller suggested).
